Absolutely insane disc of Thomas Melchior. Starting with subtle minimalistic tracks and slowly shifting to the freaked out vocals of Rapa Parmananda. The mix even turns swinging with BND2 of Andomat 3000 and closes deep with Excess and Y El Viento Blanco. The latter is the crown on the mix: Deep and beautiful. The endless loop pressed to the background as the track progresses. A perfect representation of the minimalistic style on which I look back to with some sort of melancholy. This is not the widely damned minimalism. It's an amazing psychedelic trip. After opening subtle the mix continuously changes mood, color and deepness and never bores. Comparing a mix to an acid trip is quiet cliche, but I have no other words for it. The mix of Tanzmann is more accessible and I honestly enjoyed it very much, but its almost shallow compared to Melchior's part.
