Quick question: Did the reissue come with the 12x12 insert as well?

my copy shows some metalwork dust included in the vinyl, there's a fistful of strong plops on B3 due to a defect into the groove, so there's probably some messed up pressing on the market

There must be two kinds of us-reissues of this vinyl: a more colorful cover and a little bit more grey colored cover. Both with exactly the same picture and text, also the reissue 150gram sticker on front of the cover (shrink). I guess the more colorful cover is the first re-issue, after that the covers are a little bit more grey colored.
