Just been listening to the audio of the copy of this record what is up for sale. The original artist, Label & track name for this vinyl is devastate & dj skippy - psycho - skippin' trax. also has track 'so real' on the flip side. an english label which released this vinyl back in december 1999. I cant put up a direct link to the original but release number is = 240627. or just type 'dj skippy' in the search field. Its a good quality trance-core style tune. I wouldnt describe it as happy hardcore as it says on the style.
