This issue mistakenly gives 1962 as the year for all three dates.

2007 reissue of a 1992 edition (VICJ-23797). Booklet and traycard are identical to that issue. Disc face and obi carry the new cat. no. The small print on the reverse of the obi confirms this and asks the purchaser to understand some aspects of the description may be inaccurate for the current issue.

Eight-page booklet includes liner notes in Japanese (reproduced from Japanese LP edition). An additional four-panel fold-out insert is a facsimile of the original US LP back cover.
