Track 15 contains a hidden track. 'Giving The Horns' ends at 3:33 followed by silence until the unlisted track 'Pieces' starts at 3:55. Total track length is 8:54.

CD insert folds out into a nine panel lyric sheet and band photograph montage on one side and poster with credits on the other. Also included are OBI, two Anthrax stickers (black one and white one) and extensive insert with band biography and lyrics in Japanese, including 'Giving The Horns' lyrics, both in English and Japanese.

Unlike other European and American releases, this one features uncensored version of 'P & V' song, with original unaltered lyrics.
