Nelson fan? Budd fan? Essential listening. Fila fan? Maybe a little light on quirky, inventive downtempo flava for those. Still as collaborations go this is top drawer. Harold Budd never seems short of dreamy scatterings of piano note 'droplets', Bill's guitar loops and scales in a hazy middle distance and the Fila gents create some soothing backdrops to keep everything moving like a slow punt under weeping willows on a sultry late afternoon. And then it is over too soon.
