I believe that this is actually "Big John Henry Miller" (Big John Henry Miller) (John Henry Miller), from Starkville, Mississippi (location as listed) and that the credits probably got mixed up using "Big Joe" instead of "Big John", especially because "Big Joe Williams" also appears on this release. I find a listing for Big John Henry Miller in the book "Blues: A Regional Experience", who died in Starkville, Mississippi in 1966 (https://books.google.com/books?id=6ZNfAQAAQBAJ&pg=PA115&dq=%22BIG+JOHN+HENRY+MILLER%22&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwid67XDnLzSAhVE74MKHQPaBOYQ6AEIHDAA#v=onepage&q=%22BIG%20JOHN%20HENRY%20MILLER%22&f=false).
