Someone else claimed that she/he has seen this CD for once, exactly the same as that one, my point is: if it's not onfirmed unofficial, then the tag of unofficial should not be attached on this release.

If no "unofficial" tag on it, it would be in a pending status, but, with the “unofficial” tag on it, it's ALLEGED UNOFFICIAL. If you visit celinedionforum a lot, you will see that everybody thinks it's official. I think removing the tag of "unofficial" would be fair because most of the fans of Celine believes it's official and there's no proof leading this CD to be fake or a fan-made one. If you can't make sure of this CD being unofficial, then that tag should not be attached on this release. The disc was screen printed which requires very professional machine to do that, no one would make such a CD for his own collection because the template fee of the screen priting would be very expensive and the factory do not accept orders of small quantity copies.

Of course, he/she could have that... But can a release be marked as "Official" with only one piece? I don't think so. One person with one piece is not enough! And.. From what we (our group) can see, there's nothing official in its being.

Yes, but.. Only pics, no real person. One copy only (on pics) doesn't mean that it is official.

I believe it's official. Someone posted many pics of this CD single on celinedionforum.com, it was released in Chile and comes with a jewel case.
