A fresh and interesting new EP by KOAN Sound. The music is well produced and tight, and is very funky / with real nice grooves - this is combined with some pretty nasty (good nasty) basslines and other interesting elements you'll have to listen to for yourself. My favorite in the EP is 80s fitness, which is definitely set to be a dancefloor weapon for quite some time - a very catchy bassline hook and clever sampling.Another aspect which i found refreshing and quite unexpected was the mastering. It's not completely crushed and distorted like a lot of music is these days (especially dance music), which really compliments and supports the very punchy drums that KOAN sound are becoming quite well known for.Solid EP.
