I just picked up a copy of this at a flee market 2 days ago (4/28/18) for $5. From what I've found on Discogs.com going by the lettering on the runout, I've got an actual Canadian release. The LP itself is in mint condition. I played it last night. Absolutely no pops! The cover is in really good condition except for a slit cut into it which tells me it was a promotional copy sent to a radio station. There was a lady's name on it made from a label maker. I Googled her name and found she was from Ft Worth TX, about 2 hours from me, and that she passed away almost a year ago almost to the day that I found this at the flee market. Not much of an Elvis fan but I'm gonna add this one and the How Great Thou Art album I also picked up from the same guy for $5 to my personal collection. :)
