They should've made a much better choice for track #2 on this single thank "Run To You". I'm actually very surprised, considering how huge these guys were in Sweden (as Roxette, that is), that they didn't take the time to record their biggest Roxette hits in Swedish without Per's 'out there' lyrics... Nevertheless, I'm still a huge fan even though, being a fellow Swede, I much prefer their Swedish material than their English stuff - so much can be expressed in Swedish that can't clearly be expressed in English and vice versa as well as a great "Gyllene Tider" fan (Per's other band that has been around since forever). Marie's solo material isn't really for everybody but her voice (when she was younger of course) was like a late summer afternoon breeze against burning skin. Beautiful songs. Listen to her "Sparvöga" (Sparrow Eye), "Mot Okända Hav" (Again Unknown Seas) and "Om Du Såg Mej Nu" (If You Saw Me Now), which I think she sang at assassinated Swedish Prime Minister's funeral back in the mid 80's. Her best solo album has to be "Efter Stormen" (After the Storm).
