Why would anyone pay £20 for a boot when the original album is available for less money, and the LP is wicked from start to finish, not a bad tune on this classic piece of Jazz Funk vinyl.

Not much has been added here on Discogs about this pressing. It's not "offical" like "Poko Nose" but doesn't sound bad. This 12" used to gardner top dollar on ebay years ago. Anyone out there has any more insights, would like to know.

my educated guess it is a UK boot from way back. They put France as the country of issue to deflect attention in the same way a lot of boots out of NYC named Canada as the country of issue on the label. Also these tunes were both big in the clubs in the UK whilst I doubt the French were into those records. Another clue is that there is another release on the same label by the Duncan Sisters which does state UK as the country of release.
