Ukrainian post is Top level service, I had 15 years experience of international shipping from here, except of heavy snow or volcano ashes cases it works very fast and reliable, such a huge delays always caused by so called "human factor".

Since November? That's a delay I find hard to believe. I'm warning everyone I know not to purchase. It's a shame because it sounds like it could be a great record. I wish I could get my money back. This will be the last time I order from overseas. It ruins it for everyone, especially the artists. I hope they know about the issues.

No way to get my money according to Paypal because it wasn't an eBay transaction so we're screwed. I'll tell you this; I've written to the artists and they are aware of the situation and it hurts them and it hurts other legit labels in Europe because people will be less likely to order from them in the future.

We worried about our reputation as Ukrainan labels and worried about this shitty situation. All purchases made from Quasipop and their distro - successfully arrived to the customers.We can`t affect on DDl owner - because he is in Moscow. We have no information about DDL situation between him and his customers - he is out of our view.. Dosen`t reply, dosen`t appear in social network accounts...We don`t know what actually happening with him. Do you have any possibility to contact shop help center to clear out the situation - how you can get your money back ?

I actually think the place to blame on delivery time is the Ukraine postage service.See the stamp when they was dispatched - Ukrainian post dont hold items more then 1 month in total. If you order this from Dumpster Diving Lab - there is major problem why delivery takes so much time.
