Limited Edition CD (Only 3,000 Pressed)

It was given out during the 3 Hallowicked Shows of 1999 in Detroit, MI. With 1000 at each show, that is 3,000 CDs. However, by the third night, they ran out of the CDs in Cardboard sleeves. So Alex Abbiss himself stood over a box, slapping stickers on regular cases, and handing them to Juggalos, grumbling "Get here earlier" whatever that means. Also, weeks after the show, some CDs in cardboard sleeves without the sticker surfaced, so these are obviously reprints, or CDs that were left over, but not brought to the shows.
