Instrumentals aren't official but are still pretty good

Ill rhymes, sweet beats, this version has rakim and no jay-z, its by far in my opinion the best version of "the watcher". The instrumental is also more developed and involved than other versions of the watcher. Yes call me The Hip Hop Heretic because I see no merit in Jay-z , rhyme wise; Rakim easily takes Jayz rhyme by rhyme. Never thought I would see the day where Dre & Rakim would join forces, and now its come and gone.
