When Crypt mainman Tim Warren came back from his epic record-buying trips across the US in the late '70s and '80s he wound up with a ton of records that didn't fit onto his Back From The Grave or Garage Punk Unknowns series .... so he issued some of the best on this comp (and another one that springs to mind .... 'Bent, Batty & 'Bnoxious').You get some stellar RnB, some raw gospel and a few novelty one-offs. Not a bad track on it - if you like primitive soul, rockin gospel, plus strange and crazy reccuds from the 50s and 60s then you will dig this great collection. A winner!!!!
