FRAY
This is about as Boston as a Canadian record can get. This is not only Arthur Baker's first record, but it features John Luongo on mix with Joey Carvello and Cosmo Wyatt as "disco consultants". All were Boston natives well-established in the local disco scene. Disco 1, according to Baker, was a Pat Deserio label that didn't last very long. The track itself has some classic soulful vocal harmonies and a mellow feel with long percussion sections in the 9 minute mix. Obscure for sure!
