This variant is what is sometimes referred to as the "Red Cover" version. While it is still considered a black & white sleeve, some copies have a slightly reddish hue (almost a dark, blood red tint) to the picture. CrimethInc Records edition, cover variation with mainly white background on back cover, opposed to this version which has a predominantly black back cover.

Repressed by Crimethinc in 1997 for the planned August-November 1997 tour. Similar to the Area 51/Revolutionary Power Tools (down to the matrix), but with an added photocopied fold with Crimethinc logo to the back cover. Back cover differs slighty compared to this one.
