All labels need to earn money by promoting commercial releases to the masses, and In Trance We Trust is no different. I feel that was Dance Nation's sole purpose, after the moderately respectable Sunshine. You Take Me Away contains male vocals through an annoying voice equaliser system, as is supposedly Dance Nation's trademark. Although the vocals reek of cheese, I am actually quite partial to the aggressive omnipresence of the melody in this track, which reminds me of the pulsating main melody of a track named Revolucion by Sfinx (ITWT 374-5), although You Take Me Away came first, so there's no accusation of copying from me. The track really lets itself go at the 5.00 mark with its euphoric conclusion, but it's just a shame the track reminds me more of 'euro dance' as opposed to true trance.

Ah, the fifth Dance Nation release on the In Trance We Trust label. After Sunshine, which actually was kinda neat, the Dance Nation releases on has only been saved by a couple of remixes. The Fire & Ice remix of Dance and the Magik Muzik remix of Words were acceptable. And this release is no exception. Skip the A-side and the first track on the B-side and you got yourself a little treat, namely the Blair Bitch remix. They have removed most of the über-cheesy vocals (still some left, but they work) and have added a very catchy melody line, which kinda reminds me of a Ton TB and Erik de Koning production. That remix certainly saves this release.
