I think this is the seminal version of this album.- The vinyl is quiet as the grave. Compares very favorably to some of my jazz pressings, which I previously thought were great.- I can't tell 100%, but I think the vinyl was separately mastered. As evidence, on a FLAC version of the title track I hear clipping. On the vinyl I just hear the punch. This should absolutely be part of your collection if you like rock music. Or vinyl.
