The track is good but it is far from Sasha at his best (possibly due to no Charlie May influence?). However, what I am very disappointed with is the mastering of this track. I have bought the 320 MP3 from Beatport and when I listened to it I noticed that the sound quality is very poor as though it is a lossy to lossy transcode, and this was especially noticeable through headphones. So I made a spectral analysis and it confirmed my suspicions that the quality is not up to standard. I got a refund and bought the WAV as I thought it might have been Beatport messing up the mp3 encode, but sadly the WAV is the same - poor sound quality and a near-identical spectral analysis as the 320 MP3. Have a look for yourselves:http://www.mediafire.com/view/?1b8hze2ady6ht#q9ey9bqys17hdhx 320 MP3http://www.mediafire.com/view/?1b8hze2ady6ht#a9r29e9j5l3vbm9 WAV/FLACHere is a good example at what a 320 MP3 should look like, a track taken from the same record label:http://www.mediafire.com/view/?jior8g0x04il3iiA 320 mp3 should reach to at least 20 kHz constantly throughout the track (so all that yellow/green should fill up the chart), and a FLAC/WAV should exceed 20 kHz as it is lossless. This track needs re-mastering and re-releasing. Hopefully LNOE will release a compilation CD and it will be on there. I have better sounding 128 MP3s than this and I am not joking. Shame there isn't a vinyl released that I could purchase and rip.

That's disappointing too. :( Maybe someone will ask him one day. There's a few other big name remixes out there that ended up lossy on every release for some reason. Among them, the Peter Rauhofer remix of Christina Aguilera's 'Beautiful', the Oakenfold mix of Madonna's 'Hollywood' and the Bimbo Jones mix of P!nk's 'Who Knew'. Such a shame.

I bought the vinyl and sadly the track sounds no better and the spectrals are the same as the digi. The vinyl is obviously sourced from the same poor-sounding master. I wonder if Sasha used the same master.

Yeah that blows! I use Spek as well for this kind of checking (great tool). Hopefully a lossless version will turn up one day.
