GTFO! samples vocals from Colonel Abrams - Trapped. Thanks to Tim Sweeney

Mustard Forgotten
The chords on "Hardcore Deep House" sound like those from Carl Craig's 69 prod. track "Sub Seducer" from 1993.

Porgisk
Lots of producers use this kind of instrument from years to be honest.

Saberblade
Yep. Carl himself nabbed that chord from the Kenlou mix of Saint Etienne's "Nothing Can Stop Us Now".

Ielonere
Fantastic chord sounds.

Alsardin
Without doubt the best underground release of recent years :-)

Bladebringer
There is nothing 'underground' about this release. It is well in sight. In fact, the so called 'underground' doesn't exist. The guys that run this label have nothing to do with subversive counter-culture, they are not involved in any social struggle. There's nobody 'jacking' here, 'Underground' has become a hip marketing tool, a 'Joy Division' sweater on a catwalk.

unmasked
Repress is in stores now, ie Phonica in London.

Olma
This is almost two years old! Mental! (Instrum) ;)

Fecage

Shak
,,...is MLIU02 getting a remaster/repress?"-> It does, but the release date has been delayed to September! So, still waiting for September! ; )

Snake Rocking

I think I'm going to wear the grooves out on gtfo!Great mix.

Morad
Expect swinging TR-909 hats, a big old 120bpm kick drum, chunky old-skool synth stabs and fantastic vox chops. This will take you back to 1993! I hear on the grapevine that this is getting a second repressing :)

Light out of Fildon
This EP is absolutely phenomenal! Proper analog sound, true house music...

Shistus
this is real housemusic!

Dondallon
Jesus fucking christ, this brings tears to my eyes. That someone produces stuff like this is well surprising. There is some sinister, dark and nasty cuts on this 12". Fuck i just died and woke up in 1993..

VizoRRR
thats the fine with house,it can be so much and in constant change ....i was so pissed off of this electro influed house sound..cus its tateless cheese for newbies with no standard on what they are listning to.

Kinashand
NYC SOUND!!!!!!!

Mullador
NJ SOUND!!!!!!!!

Dandr
It's nice to see Jersey house finally being embraced by my generation of DJs...You know it's back when Circo Loco has Tony Humphries play their 20th anniversary party.

Cha
I love this sound from early 1990... and now is reborn thank you

ChallengeMine
I was too young to experience the early 1990s New York/Jersey House music era on my own (I literally was an infant at the time), but with new releases such as this, I now have an opportunity to live twenty years into the past with MLIU's releases. New releases such as this allow me to keep the faith for the 2010s!
