Notes

Initially when this box set was released the CD spindles I guess you could call them were made of this glued on spongy material which came off and somehow damaged the CDs. The record company quickly pulled them off the shelves within a couple of weeks. About a month later the set was re-issued with the hard black plastic ones you now see in in the cd jacket.
