These are not CDr's but factory pressed CD's:
CD1 Platinum, subtitled Inner Data-Bitter Moon, a typical silver CD.
CD2 Gold, subtitled El Greco-Sex Power is gold.

The discs are made at different German factories, the subtitles imply the Artist and album Title as being different from the actual artist, a typical way to manufacture unofficial albums since vinyl days.
Artwork is also commercially printed.
