'The idea of the Zulu compilation was to give some record space to a few of the groups/individuals who never really had much exposure outside of Liverpool'. Benjamin Zephania just happened to be passing through, 'how could we resist? ... Frankie Goes To Hollywood, who we recorded in the summer of '82 after seeing and loving their first Liverpool gig ...'.
