Homemade tape recorded on a TDK 90 minute cassette with black & white cover insert. "ExSamples" on front cover and spine. Handwritten labels on tape - side A: "Aroe Dynamic 99"; side B: "ExSamples Vol. 1." This is a mix of original soul, funk and jazz tracks followed by the hip hop songs that most famously sample each track. The DJ plays about half of the original song and then the hip hop song it its entirety.
