I've just thought to research my prized possession the peek of 25 years of collecting music ,when I found the record 15 years ago I was heavily into collecting avant guard however after I discoverd this in a pound box outside an antique store it was so perfectly the ultimate record for me (the holy grail)my fervour waned after discovering it! Ok this copy seems to be different to any described in your description,it has to the left of the fold out on the bit with cork spacers hand written in thick black,protagonists and titles then at the bottom it is marked 20/21 it also has a seven inch flexidisc what do you know of this ?
