Rodeo and Fanfare, and the Ives Fourth of July and Thanksgiving were recorded on April 20th and 21st, 1967, in McFarlin Auditorium on the campus of Southern Methodist University.

Remastered at the Mastering Lab with tube electronics from the original mastered tapes.
