I have this album, with the image of the cityscape and drawn-on lips, and I think it's just the same as Roach Motel. My reasons:-Discogs lists Roach Motel as being one track of 35:45 in length, and this album as 35:46. When I put my copy of this CD in my player, it's 35:47. Close enough.-I downloaded a copy of Roach Motel online and it's the same audio as my CD.-georgejackson says that the back cover of Roach Motel is the same picture of the cityscape with the lips.My guess is that James must have just sent out Roach Motel but with different covers or something.

Okay, I'm confused... I own what I thought was Clock Tower Acid with this same cover art, but it's not just one track.... and longer than 35 minutes long. Anyone? Maybe the person I bought it from had it in the wrong case/cover art?

I could be wrong, I'm just going off of what my copy of Roach Motel looks like... there's a lot of variation when it comes to Lamborghini Crystal releases

The cover art for this release is the same as the art on the back of Roach Motel... They're also both around the same length. My guess is whoever listed this release just has Roach Motel without the cover art.
