Crane A.K. show us that they can shift with the times without compromsing their own unique style - too much. "Sputnik" represents a shift towards a more commercial friendly sound, typical of the new Force Tracks, however, a slightly closer listen reveals the same ultra minimal framework used on other classics such as "Monostatic" and "Polsterplanet". Considering both of these things, Crane A.K. may just have given us the first truly remarkable release on the new Force Tracks.
