Notes

The subtitle of "One Note Samba" ("Samba De Uma Nota Só") is misspelt on the back cover (as "Samba De Una Nota Sa"), but is spelt correctly on disc label.

Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (S/4419) - the mono version has "4419" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "S-4419" on green 'strobe' labels. There is a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age).
