Today, Hank Williams, Jr. is one of the premier artists in country
music. The selections that comprise "Living Proof: The MGM
Recordings 1963 - 1975" are the foundations upon which his
career has been built, including thirteen top ten singles - all of them
featuring Hank's soulful and distinctive style. This remarkable set
features eighty-two selections, including 21 previously unreleased
tracks - the ultimate collection of early Hank Williams, Jr. recordings!
These selections from his MGM days are sequenced chronologically to
trace his evolution from a 1963 teenager standing very much in the
shadow of his legendary father through to his country rock
breakthrough in 1975.

Tracks 17 and 18 of cassette one were originally released under the Bocephus.
