Only available via pledgemusic.com to customers who pledged money in advance, thereby helping to fund the production of the CD set. Pledgers were given regular updates, including photographs and previews of some of the tracks featured on the release.

The box set includes a tour laminate made especially for this release, 3 signature guitar picks and a special booklet with photos from the 2010 tour.
