This is hands down the worst album ever made. One of my friends got a promo copy from a radio station and as practical joke, several friends and I sneaked it into each other's record collections for years. I guess the joke was on me as, despite my best efforts, I somehow ended up with it. Listen to the lyrics (if you can get past the vocals) - "Ha! Ha! I can fly! I can be twice as high as you!" And "Why don't you drop a tab!" How these guys got a record contract is beyond me, except looking at their names they must be sons of mafia dons...

Pookah was a three-piece Rock outfit from Europe with a bit of Soul and catchy quirkiness to them. This mix can be heard on tracks like the opening Blue And Peaceful where John Ippolito, who also played guitar, really gets down on the bass during the versus. Kickin A Can is even better with its catchy versus and bridge. Merlin’s Party (yes, Pookah were a Prog-Rock group!) has some loud drums and bass that create a nice mood with their interplay with the organ. There’s also the frantic sounding Ha! Ha! I Can Fly.John Ippolito : bass , guitar , vocals .Pat Cupo : organ , piano , ondioline .Dave Ranaletta : batterie , percussions
