Comes in a black cardboard box with silver foil-blocked logo on front and inverted cross on back. Contains a hand numbered card, a "papyrus-scroll" with release details, including lyrics and track listings, and a button with an early DHG promo picture.
The second disc is labelled "Original EP" although it in fact contains exclusive material. This disc is also allegedly released "Under License From Zyklon-B Productions".
