Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered for seven months at a low price (18 shillings vs the regular 37/6) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months. Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (D/871) - the mono version has "D-871" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SD-871" on green 'strobe' labels. There is a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age).
