Gatefold sleeve with a plain white inner sleeve. Includes a printed colour paper insert complete with album credits and lyrics.

The CD's front cover states "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY, NOT FOR SALE". The back cover of the card cd sleeve indicates the catalogue number is PRO400045, where as the disc is not the promo disc, it is just the standard CD as included with the retail CD release, it has the 292476-2 catalogue number.
