Superb acid techno release from a new record label. If the label releases more like this, I for one will be buying them! All three tracks press the right buttons, with "Valhalla Rising" having more of an acid trance feel to it than the others (it still has a screaming 303 in it)."Acid Bath" has some great bouncy, dirty acid lines in it which reminded me a little of some old releases from the 90s for some reason (early SUF/Smitten stuff?). When I first heard it, I immediately had a big smile on my face so I think that says it all really! :-)"Operation Mockingbird" is another slice of phat, rolling acid techno goodness, with Steve Mills gradually winding up the 303 mayhem along the way and dropping a sinister sample about CIA skulduggery in the break, before the acid madness resumes.Highly recommended release for anyone serious about their acid techno.
