They play remarkably cautiously, despite the obvious influence from metal and King Crimson. Actually, most of the album is spent on something completely else: guitar lines reminding of old country songs, blues and swing are connected to an atmosphere of adventurous Italian movies. As long as this search is in progress, they are disrespectful of all genres, and surprisingly unique. When track 7 and 8 unleash, they lose much of this charm and sounds almost as any fusion band out there. But when they commute between awkward country loops and psychedelic music, I am deeply impressed. Samuel Hällkvist is a guitarist with an amusing fantasy and inventive ways.
