This is aggro-techno. What interesting dimensions of passionate dark electro they used to serve up in the past now seems replaced by this superficial aerobic- "EBM". Utterly boring, and the remixers just add further noisy elements and crank up the BPM even further. Now, a B-side may sometimes allow a group to display a different and more experimental side to themselves, something that would perhaps not fit onto the album as it would not be representative of the cohesive sound structure and image they would want to portray, but nonetheless is a good and interesting statement in itself. Indeed, Hocico has done that before ("Embraced by light" is a good example). Alas, on this single Hocico haven't bothered with innovation, but serve up yet another track that seems like a club remix of a track that didn't make the album cut. In all, there is nothing to redeem this release from mediocracy.
