This is the ultra limited SICKNESS private edition co-released by Groundfault and Ninth Circle Music consisting of a metal boxset with front and back cover pasted on it. Beside the CD "I Have Become The Disease That Made Me" in a jewel case, the box features 2x3" CDrs (Omei - "Choke" and Sickness - "Live In Italy") individually packaged in cardboard sleeves with front and back covers pasted on them. Omei CD sleeve has blade débris attached on it as well. Includes 2 inserts.

"Choke" recorded Sept. 2000 - 2001 July at Ninth Circle Studios.

"Live In Italy" recorded in May 2002.

Note about track 7: Bloodhunger originally appears on the compilation Various - Reconstruct The Caos #2 from Audio Intruder Pain Records, 11/00.
