Notes

This is a collection of rare and unreleased material by Insane Poetry spanning from 1987 through 2006. The earliest material was recorded while Cyco was with his first group, His Majesty (circa 1987/1988).

Songs such as "Shroom Vision" and "Lyrical Catacombs" were recorded in the mid-to-late 90s, and originally appeared on M-Boogie's Blackberry Records.

The version of "Life's A Gamble" on this collection predates the version on Faith in Chaos by one year, and features the production of KMC member Ivan Norwood (DJ Poison Ivy) and Jammin' James. Coolio's appearence on the song came as a complete surprise. As Cyco was laying the first verse to the song at Studio Dee, in Glendale, California, Coolio walked in the building and was so moved by Cyco's lyrics, he offered to do the hook on the spot.

"Can't Flow With Us" was the first song recorded after Faith In Chaos was released, and features the first vocal appearance by GRE producer/artist JP Tha HUSTLER. "We Got It (remix)" is the only song recorded which features the entire 2004/2005 GRE line-up (Insane Poetry, JP Tha HUSTLER, Lowdown, Jay Spark, Cisco Loc, Freaks, and Tre Dizzle).

The first song in the collection was produced by Messiaz and features Eddie Spaghetti. The song was originally recorded for Messiaz mixtape, released in or around 2006.
