Fugitive - fugitive, a classic!!The opening synth, the two amens patterns and then the breakdown!! Oh yes!

Possibly for its time one of the best Jungle dnb tunes of all time. well underrated! ill never part with it. I first heard this played by dj perfection on xr radio and grooverider amnesia house, and it took me away :) But why such an increase in price i wouldn't consider this rare

Like all Dave Wallace Jungle releases, this is pure and Perfectly Ambient song,A Must have for any Intelligent Jungle collector.

Fugitive's self-titled track is an incredible piece of early 90's jungle, and is easily one of my favorite songs of that period. The song begins with an upbeat pad synth which sounds downright transcendent. After it loops 12 times, the song begins to take on a more dark feeling with a very foreboding synth loop. The melody is compounded with a drum pattern which, while complex, is easy to listen to and dynamic. Once the darker part is over, the same synth that was used in the beginning of the song is reintroduced and repeated until the track ends. The bookend pattern of this song, an upbeat section followed by a moody section wrapped up with an upbeat section sounds simple and it is. But the success of this song is not in its straightforward formulation, but in the way that it makes you feel. Fugitive wanted to take you to an emotional apogee, drag you down so you can appreciate what you had, then take you right back to the top.
