3,94/5 ?! Are you kidding ? This is a hell of a record ! With "Decoder" from EK this is my favorite Australian album. And that second CD, man ! It's impossible to not move on it, otherwise you're brainwashed."Theta State", "Catacaustic" and the final masterpiece "Orchid For The Afterworld... Or Maybe Not" are out of this world. Not only the boomin' beats but the notes & melodies as well.2 CDs for double eargasm. What an efficient formula !Pick it up, really. It's like nothing else. A joy to listen to. A unique trip. Escape reality. Have fun !The Crystal Method, The Prodigy, The Chems aren't completely enough, "Orchid For The Afterworld" will bring another dimension to your collection.

This could possibly be one of the best EDM albums ever. It's such a shame that not many people have heard of Sonic Animation. They deserve to be well known. This is a flawless album packed tightly with the most awesome melodies ever. Nearly all their songs start off minimal then develop into stormers. Not only that, but they feel they have to use the most quality electronic drums which is what I really love about them. The best track on the whole compilation is without a doubt "Orchid For The Afterworld... Or maybe". It begins with a brillant sounding synth that promises to build up to perfection. Then theres the reverbed lyric-less female vocals. the drums are good as well. Then there's the secret track "...Or Maybe" which, in my opinion, is better or equal to the first half of the track. I really can't decide. All in all, this is a perfect album and is great to listen to over and over 'til you get sick of it. Get this album if you love "Fatboy Slim - You've Come A Long Way Baby"

these guys have aided in the pioneering of the aussie live electronic music scene, i have seen them play many times now and every set has so much enthusaism and energy. The music is so fresh, exellent tunes!
