This single was either supplied in plain black or 'Ariola' badged sleeve. Furthermore, either with a 'Push-Out' (this one) or a 'Solid Centre', Don't Rain On My Parade. The UK promotional 7" release Don't Rain On My Parade uses the same catalogue # AHA 510, has 'rainbow' labels and with an 'A' printed in the centre.

There are also two other releases. One manufactured in Germany, catalogue # 15 502 AT, the other in Australia, catalogue # 103208.
