RED
Dutch language spoof to Stars on 45, created by a bunch of guys who started their pop music career as Catapult (a sort of Dutch version of glam rockers The Sweet). In the introduction, they tell you that the Dutch stars are shining bright but lost their lyrics somehow. The result was hilarious in those days if you knew the originals. The track became a Dutch number one and was followed by several copies: "Meer Nederlandse Sterre (Holland Olé)", "De Nederlandse Sterre Die Viere Carnaval", "Ik Ben Met Katootje..." and "Een Beetje Verziekt (De Hazes Medley)".

Oparae
I'm not Dutch in the least, but this song is oddly addicting in it's bizarre humorous style. The 80s produced alot of things, but this comedic element to music only had a chance to come about in the early 80s.
