Glass's book was published in February 1994, a collection of almost everything from the first four issues of Bananafish. The illustrations were re-shot so they would reproduce better, the pages were redesigned and many extra graphics were added that did not appear originally. In addition, the book came with a companion compact disc called Step, Step, Steppin' on Satan's Foot, which featured material by the artists featured in the first four issues (none of it previously released).
