If you're a fan of ambient and techno, this is such a quality album for the price. I bought mine near mint for $5, which is a steal for the quality of the 2xLP pressing and for the music itself. It's the furthest they've strayed from their debut album, "Attack Decay Sustain Release", so that's likely why it's the least popular among their fans. However, it's slowly become my favorite record of theirs. Also, it was recorded live in 2 or 3 takes per track, but the output is studio quality. Definitely a something to appreciate as an electronic music fan and a fan of live performance.Give this album a try if you haven't! Start with Calyx, Jam Side Up, and Dervish to see if it's your jam before buying. Nazard gives me huge Halo 2 vibes for some reason. Very cool and underrated record IMO. I think fans of Boards of Canada's "Tomorrow's Harvest" will appreciate the dark, deserted, spacey vibes on this one.
