Origins are this record are unclear. One source from MoWax claims that this was going to be Shadow's final release on the label. Another story is that it was simply used as a tour plate so that Shadow could play songs that had not yet been released. The track Final Warning is an extended outtro from Midnight In A Perfect World, it remains unreleased due to sample clearance issues.
