Release consists of a recorded speech given by Puerto Rican Indepedence activist Pedro Albizu Campos on September 23, 1950 commemorating the 1868 uprising in Lares (Grito De Lares) in Puerto Rico. The speech, in it's entirety, is in Spanish. The original release included a booklet with transcript in both Spanish and English.
